As you know, I am a goldsmith who has been making jewellery for almost 30 years now.
I have been involved in wildlife rescue for ten years, I am extremely passionate about wildlife rescue and conservation.
Although I had planned on getting this raffle up and running before Christmas, due to illness it wasn't possible.
When the dust settled, I approached many other extremely talented Goldsmiths and Designers and asked if they would donate a piece for the raffle. The response was amazing.

Charity Raffle Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employee's of Janice Byrne Goldsmith cannot enter the raffle.
- How to Enter: Participants can enter the raffle by purchasing a raffle ticket for the specified price. Each ticket purchased will constitute one entry into the raffle. Multiple entries are allowed.
- Raffle Prize: The prizes for this raffle are handmade Irish jewellery. There are 22 prizes in total with the combined value of approx €6769. A full list of the 22 prizes is available in the raffle information on idonate. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Raffle Draw: The raffle will Close on 31/03/24 and the draw will take place on 05/04/24 at 12pm at Janice Byrne Goldsmith’s city centre studio. The winners will be selected randomly via idonate from all eligible entries. They will be drawn in order of the numbers 1-22 as listed.
- Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the raffle draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a new winner will be selected. Prizes will be sent to the winner via registered post or can be collected in person by appointment only at Janice Byrne Studio in Dublin City Centre.
Please note:Any winners outside of the Island of Ireland will be liable for any tax or duty on the package when it arrives at its destination.
