Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Janice Byrne Goldsmith. Each piece is made with care, and I aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience from order to delivery.

Processing Time

Please check the turnaround time listed on each product page, as processing times vary depending on the piece. If in stock, most orders are processed within 5–10 working days, unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Irish public holidays.

 

Shipping Method

All items are sent via An Post Registered Post. Orders are registered, tracked, and require a signature on delivery. All packages are under 250 g.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders shipped within Ireland and Northern Ireland are charged at €9.50.

Orders shipped to nearby European countries, including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man, are charged at €15

Orders shipped within Europe, including Spain, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland, are charged at €15

Orders shipped to the rest of the world are charged from €20.50 to €25.50, depending on destination.

Free Shipping

Free registered shipping is automatically applied to orders over €100 within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your delivery online.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and I will work with An Post to resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
